Thanks for the comment - I also did a build video just last week, which might help. The best thing to do is pick your freq before you start then you can cut the elements exact. The lengths in the guide worked for me. Happy antenna making 73's

how many watts are you putting thru when you show the S.W.R. readings please ? Nice work on the 3D Printed wire element guider.

For the SWR test on the IC-7300 its 33watts. Which is the recommended power to do SWR checks on that radio

But a vertical has a lot of loss vs. a Dipol, isn´t it? But yes, i understand it is an easy setup.

Most times a good vertical will do much better than a dipole ( same height) when it comes to DX.
