Great information! I bought one after watching the videos. The spiralizer is a huge disappointment though -the feeding section filled more than the spiralized collection as my carrots were medium sized- obviously it needs jumbo vegetables to make it productive.. Ninja designers/manufacturers- please make a conical spiralizing disk to make it more effective
