Those come in handy. I have the Breville Smart Grill and use it for many things. Being larger makes it handy for vegetables.

I have a commercial panini press, it’s just a bit bigger. The difference is negligible other than the size. This is a great value, for about 12% the cost of a commercial one. They can get smokey so best to use under a hood. Very nice, it’s pretty much a commercial one, that’s not NSF certified (who cares)
