What's the folded length of this thing with the center column removed? I'm trying to figure out if I could possibly fit it inside of my bag. My current travel tripod folds to 12" and exapnds to 61" but it's aluminum, so a little heavy. It's been discontinued too and one of the legs broke, so I need a replacement, but can't find anything that would collapse to 12, expand to about 60 and is carbon fiber

Would this be a good tripod for binoculars and spotting scopes?

Hello. If your binocular has a screw hole for tripod plate, yes.

Incredible there are so many Reviews of this Tripod and this video of is the first to say thaat a tool is needed for the Arm to fold. This is the only thing i dont like about this thing. Why not malke a Knob like all the others on the head. Thank you for pointing it out!
