On this episode I’m giving you guys a review on my purchase of the OVS Mamba 3 RTT, in this review we will be going over what I like about it what I don’t and whether you should or shouldn’t buy it! I personally like the tent and hopefully this will help out those that looking at it also!

Would you still recommend the Mamba tent? At 250#, I can’t imagine you take it on and off. Not sure why they say it is 177 pounds, but 250 pounds “packed” . One could say the mfr is lying

I agree I liked the tent it was nice and well built, just heavy for a RTT

Leave the windows open as you close the tent, that way the air can come out freely, hence the fabrics not trying to stick out

I have great difficulty closing this tent while assuring that the sides are fully tucked in. 67 years old with a little arthritis

yeah at first that was a thing that I also noticed, I i had to adjust the bracket abit

how tall are you? i’m 6’2” considering one of these. worried about size in there but it’s gonna be just me and a 30lb dog most the time. more concerned about length

6ft 280lbs so honestly it was good enough room for me to move around get dressed

Is there a track along the sides to mount accessories? Can it be mounted with the opening facing foward? Thx

yeah there is a rail that runs along the tent that allows you to mount accessories

The mattress is quite well, for a RTT it's bit firm i would say though

its been holding up great! its great quality, the set up and tear down are my favorite part to it, as far as dislikes just the weight of the tent it is a heavy boy for sure! other then that its been great!
