I watched with my eyes closed and couldn't tell much difference. Lots of other things I would spend my money on then these snares

True, not sure is it tuning or the mics, but def would not pay the money asked for these, and I am a pearl guy.

Yeah not doing it for me either. Tone sounds choked. Maybe coated ambassador would help but I wouldn’t buy it to find out.

it looks like not a 25mm thick shell. that's too thick for 25mm shell

@@user-vf1rj9dd4k I have a 20ply Ludwig "Brick" snare that is wide open. Perhaps it's the wood?
