I used to go to the chiropractor monthly for back spasms. Then I started training for an 8k and started stretching and exercising more and my pain went away. Stretching does wonders for the body!

I went to a chiropractor in Albania. It was affordable and helped A LOT. He also recommended yoga and regular stretching. Be conscious of how long you’re sitting and how you get up after laying down

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

I threw my back out taking out a floor and the chiropractor did help me get back on track. However they wanted me to keep coming after I was good and that’s when it seemed like it was hurting more than helping. You got to listen to your body despite what they say.

For the past 3 months I've been doing I am affirmations that I find on KZbin there's lots of creators and I just choose the ones that I most enjoy and it's really been helpful for my mental health really helpful I'm consistent I do it every day before I get out of bed

Take care of yourself 1st! I have a standing biweekly appt with my Chiropractor and I feel amazing. Some of my aches and pains have subsided. If you decide to do it, please make sure you're comfortable with the person so you don't tense you and you'll get more out of it.

I got an adjustment twice from a black woman chiropractor and it loosened me up sooo much. Afterwards, I just got standing desks at work, so I'm not sitting too much. I went from a job where I like never sat down/ still to an office administrative role and my body was shook.😂

I went to the chiropractor for the first time last year. I was mainly going for my lower back but they did a full alignment on my spine and neck. It does feel good in the moment but since I stopped, I have to pop my back every day and relieve tension. I never had to do that before. I say go to a specialist and see what they recommend

Been going to chiropractors for decades and they are great and are actual doctors. They are great when you have neck, back and hip pain among other issues. And the majority of insurance companies cover it.

I swear by the chiropractor, but I didn’t like The Joint. It’s not tailored to you. The one I go to check you by x rays every so often. They also pull them up while adjusting you. I’ve been going through my pregnancy and it’s been amazing. (I was scared when it came to harming the baby, but it’s been such a relief, I didn’t mind before I was pregnant ) definitely taking my baby one they arrive.

You are too stoooooopid lmao. The way you talking about being paralyzed had me DYING. Seriously though, you should go on and get adjusted by a chiropractor because I did and it felt amazing. I have lumber spinal stenosis and I swear that getting an adjustment every other week is what's keeping me off of the pain pills. It feels so good and it helps with the flexibility of your back especially for us bigger girls. Don't fear it just make sure you look up the doctor and the clinic before choosing one.
