Ringo has really achieved something special with this release Paul. As for channel growth, hang in there and keep plugging! Thanks for this video Matt, your love and enthusiasm is infectious. I must admit that so far it hasn't grabbed me, I was a little put off by the track released last week FT Alison Krauss. But I will now go back and give this album a fresh look and a few more plays. I have always been a fan and champion of Ringo's solo work. Beaucoups of Blues and Ringo being my favourites of his. (By the way R.I.P Richard Perry who passed around Christmas). You have inspired me Matt so thank you. He has got some great guests on there, Larkin Poe, who I've been a fan of these past 15 years or so, Billy Strings and of course Alison Krauss. Got me an entire weekend to immerse myself in Ringo's new album...

Since I heard "Beaucoup of blues" album in the early 70's, I always thought Ringo has the perfect voice for country music. I hoped for years that he would make another country album. It took more than 50 years, but now he finally made it and it's a great album, one of his best works. Well done Ringo! 🤩🤩🤩

Love this whole album! You couldn't be more right about many people loving his recent work, which is sad, but this is sure to draw them in. I'd have to say Never Let Me Go is my favorite (and yeah, now that you mention it, sort of does have that Honey Don't vibe to it, maybe that's why I adore it so much), along with Look Up, Rosetta, and Breathless as close contenders too. Not a single miss on this album. 😍

You nailed it Matthew Ringos Look up is a masterpiece! The song Look up is great and so is the go to video is great! All the songs are really good Matthew! I'm sick and tired people aren't taking Ringo seriously! Maybe He is just to Happy all the time and people just don't get into being happy all the time and people just want to be miserable! Not Me i love Ringo and is upbeat mood peace and love! Your right Matthew musically spiritually album cover great! A very good album. Not sure how much I’ll listen to it down the road, but it’s so much better than the pop stuff he’s been writing and putting out the last decade. When he lets real writers write the songs and doesn’t use autotune as much….good things happen!

Well I can see the country thing clearly, but it sounds like a Rock record to me in a modern context. I say this because it comes off as straight up Americana; the dominant modern cousin of Rock-n-Roll. I'm a little sick of seeing T-Bone everywhere I look, but hey - if you're great, you're great. Very different to me because Ringo usually restricts himself to four song EPs recorded in his home studio. As usual it sounds a little too processed for me, but he's Ringo, he can do what the hell he wants. I might have to buy this one. If this album is teamed up with his face being everywhere these days, it could be quite big. As a side note, don't forget, although he and the Beatles openly loved Country, his third album, "RINGO", was one of the best rock albums ever. Great eview.

I am a huge fan of Ringo's drumming, but "deep soulful voice?" Sorry, but he's not a singer at all. If you don't believe me, ask him. Pitch is a science based on kilohertz. For example, an A is equal to 440 kilohertz. So you may say you like the "emotion he brings to a song", you can't say he's scientifically performing the job of a singer. And this is why his records stopped selling a long time ago. Even the luster of The Beatles only goes so far. But, as I said earlier, everyone can like what they want to.
