Aloha! Maybe further investigation is needed, but looking at the New Colony Six on Discogs shows the Sentar label as a white label with plain red printed text on it, just like the copy that you have. I don't think that it's a promo, but someone may correct me if they know that you, in fact, do have a promo copy. Anyway, listening to the album on KZbin Music and it sounds GREAT! Great harmonies! Sundazed released a CD of it as well. Currently it's pretty expensive, though; aboutt $40 for a mint CD of it. Enjoy the album! It's a good one!

Thank you for this review. Moon and Stars is becoming my new favorite album. I live, breath and sing the songs of the Mavericks, in the car, riding my bike, at home, at work, working out, watching KZbin, doing karaoke, playing my guitar, even showering😂 morning, noon and night, it's all Mavericks. My wife and I recently attended their concert at the Count Basie theater in Red Bank NJ and it was a blast. Raul Malo's (Ma-ló, pronounced like Bad in Spanish, in his case Badass 😁) distinguished voice is something that'll resonate to heart ones heard. Very hard not to love them as they all are talented in their own musical rights. The original 4 members were good but the Mavericks of today are the best ever assembled musicians of any group as they have evolved, thanks to the master vocalist himself😃 Raul Malo's voice gets better with age. Watch his early vocals and performances and you can pretty much distinguish the difference. His voice and character as well as his song writing style just gets better and better. He actually inspires me to pick up my guitar everyday and sing their songs, maybe I'll do a cover one day soon☺️ Thanks again for posting this review🙏

Your fam sounds like mine. Before COVID the folks and I usually would rent a cabin on a lake (or a bay) in Maine. And one thing we do a lot is hit the antique malls. I tend to get a flavor for the place or get in a mood and focus on one of the things I collect: old toys, books, movies, and records. If you ever want to base a trip on that, I recommend Adamstown, PA. There's a whole bunch of antique places there and several have notable record sections.

We just never know what you find when you’re traveling. We went to Colorado Springs and while there I told the wife let’s check out a record store. It was like an antique store. Sadly the album were very beat up and not priced the best. Nice owner

You have a great time by the lake. Know exactly what you mean about a break. I love to take off into the Derbyshire peaks and go hiking, get into the fresh air, away from the noise of the city. It looks truly beautiful and tranquil. This is a weird one, I tune into this video after listening to George Harrison by George Harrison. I own only one 8 track cartridge and that is of the White Album. Got that some years ago from an antique shop here in Derby. The colony six I recall as having a couple of members who were among the hundreds who auditioned for The Monkees TV Show/Band. You have picked up some really cool stuff there my friend.
