So THIS is where the missing quality of the full power super sayian figure went, even the faces look properly painted here!.....as a FPSS Goku owner I kind of feel ripped off tbh... After closer inspection the faceplates here have that separation on the forehead and the bone(?) structure on top of the eyebrows, WTH Tamashii!? why you didn't use this faceplates on the FPSS figure!?

I definitely dont agree that exclusives should be "different", people outside of the US simply cant get this guy, simple as that. Exclusives SHOULD just be repaints so people can pass on them if they want to.

I don't even mind how they did Frieza 4th form without the effects. I just got mine. So, if they did a regular release without the aura that would be fine. Frieza 4th form is amazing.

I always find it so odd that the ssj3 mold uses a body that can swivel at the waist with no issues but the other goku 2.0 bodies have been hindered

Its because the ssj3 torso is actually a different mold to fit the ssj3 hair peg, the entire system is different internally. If you compare them you can see ssj3 is actually bulkier to accomodate it.

The newer Ferrytale Customs ssj2 sculpt they released for full power Goku was pretty good. It was based on the prototype of this figure when it was teased a couple years ago. I'm glad this figure uses the same style face plates as full power because that means they will work with the Ferrytale sculpts as well.

Ssj3 Goku came with a halo so I don't think it's the first one but if ur talking about new sh figuarts then yes but in general ssj 3 Goku has a halo

The faces on that one look like what someone might come up with if they were told "draw a super saiyan" they look basic and unidentifiable. besides the happy face and yelling face is decent

Unlike full powered goku, ssj2 goku actually has face definition. Where as his full powered counter part it look like he has a mask for a face just smooth.

Dang, I was hoping you would have tried the ssj2 faces on the full power Goku as well. I assume it works fine though. This figure is probably my new favorite Goku. It gets so many things right. The face plates alone are a must buy for me.

For me is a three hour drive to go down to SD plus the crazy gas prices and on top of that, the lines plus the staying and food. For me is totally worth paying lousy 30-40 bucks. Even if they release it later knowing BanDai minimum wait is like 6+ months.

I did the whole wait six months to get a figure from P Bandai thing last year and with the cost of the trip to SDCC as well as everything involved with actually getting the figure in hand, I’m gladly paying the up charge on the aftermarket as to not have to deal with all of that. Exclusive means exclusive and if you want it then you need to pay what it takes to get it. That’s my two cents on it. There would be no exclusivity if everyone can get it.

@@nylesharris1767 No, what we got was Majin Vegeta at the start of his fight with Goku when both were just Super Saiyan. SSJ2 is a different hair style. More individual spikes in the hair. The sculpt they used was the scouter Vegeta l, basically a specific art style of hair and not form.
