The way I do the eggs is spray the pan and ring with Pam and put it on medium-low heat, then I put the egg in the ring and put a little water around it once the egg starts cooking and put a cover on top of the pan to steam it. It works like a charm!

Agreed, use cooking spray on the rings, and butter or oil on the griddle, the rings are great for making egg sandwiches with English muffins or biscuits, pancakes generally take care of themselves

I just started using these..if you spray them with nonstick (trader joes has healthy spray) they dont stick at all and turn out much better. I like them because the egg isnt super flat and cooked just around edges more...this provides for an even cook. I think you could have had better luck with a spray...looked like you did a dry cook. Good video!!

After seeing this I will definitely use mine for eggs only, and as the comments say, oil spray the ring. Pancakes turn out pretty perfect anyway.

Your pan was TOO hot for the egg, which is why it stuck so bad and was brown on the bottom. Turn the heat down to medium low and use an oil atomizer on the pan and they will never stick.

You have to grease the silicone with butter, margarine or oil before adding food.

they're worth it if you're making pictures for an ad or something like that and you should have put butter on the pan even tho it's a non stick pan lol
