**19th Like** Earlier this year, I had to sever my ties with Spirit Airlines due to their poor attempts of accommodating passengers after being delayed for 3 hours from Charleston to Newark and what really did it was their horrible customer skills when issues needed to be addressed. Nobody has apologized when I waited double to over quadruple the original waiting time. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience and that was a deal breaker for me. I loved the onboard rides but it's not as good when crap vouchers are given and the customer service isn't even tolerable. I love your video by the way. Loving the A321Neo.

I've flown Spirit numerous times and I usually upgrade to the big seat up front. If you're packing really light (personal item size bag) and only care about a roomy seat, you can frequently get a pretty good total fare with the big seat upgrade.

Just a quick correction, checking in at the Spirit ticket counter costs money but at the self serve kiosk, it is still free. Unlike Frontier where checking in at the kiosk is no longer possible.

The video really doesn’t do justice to Spirit’s product overhaul. Their new bundles (akin to “classes”) are really interesting and mitigate some of the complaints mentioned in the video, bringing Spirit’s offering more in line with the legacies’ (in my opinion).

Just had to watch the video since it was from IAH our home airport. Your mention of how nice Terminal A is since it opened in 1969 as one of two terminals at IAH. I don't recall when Terminal A was refurbished, I'd say within the last 12 years or so, but it was a complete gut job. Curious about the delay, wonder if it was ATC delay due to weather earlier in the day at ORD or did they ever tell what the delay was about?

Spirit is better than frontier by a long shot! They don’t measure your bags to make sure they fit the size and then charge you $100 holding the whole boarding process up! And their seats don’t recline. Nothing like trying to get comfortable sitting straight up for 2-4 hour flight. Frontier should file bankruptcy
