I love the pens pentel has put out. When I first started colouring years ago it was with felts and crayola gel pens. ( Mostly gel pens).

These were brought out to compete with soufflé pens, they are designed to have a raised embossed style effect. I think they are inspired by comic art to be a pop accent, not so much full page colouring, maybe chunky simpler mandalas? Re the 7 sets I think it’s a bit of subtle spectrum of light marketing by Pentel 😂😂

Interesting. They certainly don't puff up like the souffle pens, they have a more plasticky finish.

I bought a set of cheap gel pens to colour with because you said you colour with them and I thought it was a good idea. I love the Pentel hybrid and Milky set so I’ll probably love these too. x

Hellooooooo😁 I wonder if these would be any good for the 'galaxy white lines' trend that's going on atm? I've done a few white line pages and tried putting some other colours in but normal gel pens aren't opaque so it doesn't work lol. My favourite way to do the white line thing is to use PanPastels as I can't cope with crinkled pages 😮‍💨 Anyway, good to see you again 🥰

Oooo new pens wish someone would put out a big set of matte gel pens good ones like the other company's did with the glitter ones 😉 Love the ivory one don't get nice ones very often in that colour....

I have some of these I got them from cult pens I like that they have a brown and ivory colour they are nice I got them to go over line work in colouring books too like my gellyrolls I have to say I prefer my much loved gellyroll moonlights but these are pretty good too to go along with the pentel dual hybrids 💜💜💜
