He says he’s not a looping genius but this is one of the best looper demos on YT. I’ve been deliberating over this and the RC 300 for literally years and I think this demo has sold the TC to me!! This thing is so bloody well designed and easy to use by the looks of things And it looks as though there is no bending down at all to change settings😍

I bought my VL3 from the US as a demo model.After plugging in I could not get all the presets to come up.It took me 12 months to realise that the VL3 was locked on to the Harmony presets ONLY.It was your review here that prompted me to go into the Genre button and that's when I saw the other presets appear.All along I thought I had a dodgy unit I was going to sell it at a big loss.But you've saved the day.Thanks.

I've owned a voicelive 3 for almost a year, and use it regularly as a vocal processor, acoustic guitar processor and as a looper. But your review made me want to plug my electric guitar in. Finally. Good job. You've saved me the trouble of buying a flyrig 5.

Excellent review and demo James, there's so much to this unit it should satisfy most maybe not all. I've used it in rehearsal but not live yet as it is so hot it needs taming a bit. The guitar effects are as can be expected from TC, and very tweak able. The vocal processing is amazing and lots of fun too.👍😎🎸🎤

There's an audio input he points out near the beginning, so you'd plug in an mp3 player there. I think (but I'm not sure) that the "extreme" version can play back from internally.

Hi guys!) I just recently bought a TC Helicon Voicelive3. I like it very much,but I recently uploaded a new firmware update 2.0.01 buld 326. There in the guitar effects, when you turn the wah wah, there's three manual mode, touch and auto. Now on touch wah wax works very well in other versions of works.Even when the GENRE BLUES folder is not available. In short ,what you have not finished this firmware and I want the previous version of firmware! current how and where to download them??? The upgrade program offers current latest version. TELL ME WHAT TO DO???

It has lots of problems, just have a look at several sites. No quality tests at all before selling them. It resets itself, blank screens appears, suddenly it flashes. I´m really angry. The few minutes it worked sounded great, but it is absolutely unstable. Jus check for helicon forums. Not recommended at all.
@pyannaguy8 жыл бұрын
Same problem...I'm having to return mine. Like yours, it worked for a few minutes, then "lost its mind" - just locked into the logo showing in the window with the word "loading..." down in the corner - FOREVER. The AC adaptor is shaky.
@juanzuoza16478 жыл бұрын
HI, I had to send it back to the seller and they sent me a new one that works perfectly. I hope it keeps working fine. This bad experience makes me doubt about reliability. A hugh!

I'm returning mine today, and still debating about ordering another one. I have ONE big party coming up in a month, and if this thing would fail on me after all the work of learning & designating settings for different songs, etc...? ...in front of 100 people? Oh, NO!!
@juanzuoza16478 жыл бұрын
Well, that was mentioned by some people. I hope Roland, Zoom or Digitech would offer a similar product soon. They have very good ones, though very limited in footswitches functions..

Is there a way to change the titles of Presets or to copy presets from one to another? i.e. I have corona drive on present 209 and want it to be on present 1. The idea is to eventually have my whole set list for each song 1-48, listed chronologically, so all I have to do to get through the night is to click once to forward to the next song...

@JasonBayley8 жыл бұрын
Hey, fantastic video! It sold me on the unit! I've got my VL3 now and I've been having fun singing live, but the guitar has been difficult to find the right settings for. I would also like to record the sound. I'm looking to buy some gear, audio interface or channel strip of sorts. Can you tell me your hardware setup (i.e. the preamp or compressor prior or post VL3), and any internal VL3 settings you may have noted? I'm also interested in which guitar output cables you used (the green ones). Lastly, any post-processing plugins/presets? Thanks.

Hi James. For Voice live 3. Is there a way to mute the lead vocal and allow only a harmony come through? I tried turning the lead off to allow an octave higher harmony come through. Despite turning it off I still hear the lead vocal come through quietly through the mix? Is it possible to cut the lead vocal out completely where it can't be heard? Thank you in advance!
