100℅ agreed bro. I could not digest the chemistry between karn and draupadi in this book. I love to read mythological fiction and I am a huge fan of Amish but still it could have been better if the author didn't write the karn draupadi angle.

I actually really liked the Karna and Draupadi situation. However, for some reason, I would have preferred it as a one side infatuation with Karna not feeling anything for her. Because Karna worked based on his morals irrespective of if they were righteous/lawful or not which holds true for Draupadi. My favorite scene is from the last chapter when Krishna comes and reminds her of her origin. This book also made me so frustrated with how dominating men were at that time. But overall it's a beautiful book to read.
