Review: Uniwigs Bella 6x7 Silk Top Virgin Remy Hair Topper

A review of the Uniwigs Bella 6x7 Silk Top Virgin Remy Hair Topper (PS1801). I think this is my Holy Grail base/cap! It's nearly all silk, so there's plenty of room for flexibility in parting -- even for a deep side part. And the cap is much lighter weight than many other silk tops I've worn. I can't get over how much I love this one!

does the cap or base conform to the head? Is the base formed to fit the curvature of the head? I would think the rim may stick up in areas if it does not conform to the head like a hat.

I received the package today and I tried it but the front base line which is in the front middle part is rising up and looks bumpy part that easy sees the base line and doesn’t look natural . The size is 6x7 Bella 16” NB color

Hi there! Bella comes straight, but I have added a wave to mine using a large barrel curling rod and I LOVE the way she looks. And she has held the wave great -- I don't have to touch it up between washes at all.

I love it too! It's gorgeous. How does it wash? How is the integrity of the hair?

It washes really well -- I've now washed it several times. Each time I've used Olaplex reconstructor before washing, and Bambu Silicon Mix conditioner after washing. It has stayed nice and soft -- I think conditioning it is key, as well as a misting of argan oil every few days.

Hi there -- all of my Uniwigs pieces have shipped from China. Takes them a bit longer to ship, but I usually get a FedEx tracking number so it's easy to keep up with their progress on their way to me.
