I purchased this vacuum a week ago and really like it. At first, I had the same issue with the side brushes coming off easily. I pushed harder on them to connect them to the vacuum, and they haven’t come off since. I actually got on KZbin to see if I could find directions on how to remove the side brushes because now they are on so well, I can’t get them off! 😂

I bought this vacuum one and a half year ago on sale for 200€ and I never had one before. it is working everyday since then my floors are very clean and my carpets too(i do not have pets) .I am surprised you bought it for 99$!! I just checked on online shops and in Greece where I live I can find it for 230€. The price is still up. you got it for a very good price! Lucky you because as you will use it You will see it is one of the good robot vacuums.

That brush isn’t on all the way. I have one of these and it take serious force for those to come off when trying to remove it for cleaning. Also, those brushes are what throws the dirt in the center so that the main brush and kick it into the bin. Without them it won’t clean effectively.

I just got one too and have used it twice. My brushes have not fallen off. You have to make sure you have pushed them on hard. Maybe you did not push them on hard and all the way?

Do you have to have wifi in order to run this? I just bought one but I do not have wifi. I only use my phones hotspot for internet and am concerned I won’t be able to even use it now.

People are goofy when they say these vacuums don’t work. All you need to do is look at all the dirt/pet hair they pull up. You just have to find the right model for you.
