Is this Alco pa operative on a ez command center I don't have the money for a power cab rn thanks

It is. The locomotive address just needs to be set to either 1-9 to operate on EZ command.

@@newriverproductions12 would all the functions work on ez command like sound and etc. Bc my proto line 2000 can't use all the sounds

The EZ command only handles Functions 1-8. The power cabs handle Functions 1-28. So you probably wouldnt be able to get the full sound capability of your engine but it also varies on decoder type, function mapping, etc.
