Yes, we learned this there - we didn’t know there was a difference with “Club”. Think of the Club part has a separate building that has extra perks and that can include a heated portion of the pool, I can’t say how warm it was as even the hot tubs to us weren’t “hot”.

Hi Katie! I think we would because of the heated pool situation lol, but a swim up would not be necessary.

How much shall I tip each time? Cleaner, waiter, barmen etc.

I don’t think you HAVE to tip everytime but $1 does go a long way for a drink order for the group or a better chair on the beach etc.

Based on the view it looks like you had access to the pool from outside of your room (not just your plunge pool). Is that correct?

Hi E P, correct our private pool right outside the room was about 4 feet deep, then a main pool was right outside our private pool area.

One serious question that I am confused about. At one point you say "Tip him well". If it is all inclusive then why would you tip? Is this common here?

Hi Aaron, though it is an all inclusive that doesn't include tipping the workers. I'm sure you could not tip but it is encouraged to and the service would probably not be the best if you didn't. Think of the all inclusive including your food, room and fun but you'd want to tip the workers that help make the all inclusive great for you.

No worries at all! Again, probably not required but we would for sure suggest it. Experience is amazing but turned up a notch with some tips. We hope you have a great time!

Not everyone, typically we would tip $1 for drinks and for dinner we did $10-$20.

It depends on the age of your kid and what activity they do. But the water park area yes!
