I love this small headset. Sometimes you do not need the best quality, you just need something to watch a video in the bed or listen to sg while you ride your bicycle and you do not want to close the external sound out. This is my secondary headset, which helps me out a lots of times.

Hi. I use a Moto X Play cellphone, I bought this headset and the A2DP works ok when listening to music, but quality of phone call conversation is bad. The opposite party's voice is garbled and badly cracked up.I unpaired and paired again, did factory reset but did not help me. Can anyone help me please ? Thanks in advance

But I don't hear the woman's voice who says something in Chinese immediately after turning the Bluetooth headphone on. Light lit after turning on like before. I don't understand whats wrong.

EDIT(this is the youth edition not plain basic version and mine were later retail version) Is this is original authentic product?
