I feel Kenya using the word “aggressive” is spot on! They are called aggressive because their behavior indeed is aggressive. Anger is an emotion and aggression is the act. The synonyms for aggressive are intrusive, destructive, threatening, combative, etc and it describes everyone she has ever called aggressive perfectly. They act a belligerent fool then get mad when someone labels them aggressive. Marlo taking her foot and kicking that door was by psychology’s explanation indeed aggressive.

As an HBCU alum and overall black woman, I have been invited to formal events; while I was dressed for the occasion, others attending were not. Therefore blaming Kenya as if she arranged the event, instead of just being asked to attend as an honorary guest is disingenuous. I went to KISS in Houston a weekend ago, the dress code written is formal … yet many showed up dressed like strippers or Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras 😩 The hotel in Birmingham was appropriate as it’s Alabama not Vegas . She was just looking to shade Kenya calling her broke 🤦🏽‍♀️

Yes! And to be fair the event at Michael’s is advertised as an all black, upscale event. It’s also in competition with a few other parties that night, including the Kid Capri party which is where much of the crowd goes. Michael’s seems to have used them to try to seem exclusive, and draw a crowd because it’s not a long-standing event, which are the ones that get the most attendance. As far as the hotel, many of those downtown are ones that have been restored and meant to keep the “historic building” feel.

For the record, the person who killed Marlo's nephew DID NOT work at OLG. Kandi's cousin Melvin was shot in the strip mall PARKING LOT where Blaze and other establishments are. The incident at OLG was over 2 years ago and it wasn't at the location KATG was filmed at... but again that location is in a strip mall. Someone came off the street running in there shooting. Restaurants do not have metal detectors. Kandi can't control others ignorance.

Hey cousin! I just watched it and few things jumped out. I think Kenya should have at least shared with the women what would be the dress codes even if she wanted to keep the half-time show a surprise. I don’t think that the charity event Planners were expecting the RHOA cast and crew and it also seemed like a basic alumni meetup for drinks. I think everyone was frustrated with Kenya by the time they were kicked out. However Marlo’s behavior is unacceptable. I am also OVER her “Kandi never did nothing for me” storyline. Kandi is not Marlo’s parent and is not under obligation to do anything for her. I also do not appreciate them trying to link Kandi to her nephew’s shooting as well as to Melvin’s shooting. If I was Kandi my attorneys would be reviewing these episodes with these insinuations that Kandi is a liability or there are security issues surrounding Kandi. I haven’t watched RHOA in a couple of seasons. I only watched this episode because I wanted to see how they portrayed The Classic. Birmingham, AL is NOT a small town 😂😂 it’s a mid-size city. I think they underestimated Classic week because they, like most people, thought “oh, it’s just Birmingham” we’ll just get a hotel. But most places are booked 6 months - a year in advance for that week. The Magic City Classic is one of, if not the, largest HBCU classics. Most of the people were at the Kid Capri party I assure you. He’s been coming for the last 10-15 years at least and is considered the premier event on that Friday. Michael’s is a relatively new restaurant and new event that used Kenya as lure. OAN, Marlo is intolerable enough for me not to worry about watching how this ends. I’ll just watch your review per usual on these shows 😊😊

Kandi can’t talk about the actual shooting . There are some legitimate questions that can be asked such as : what additional safety measures have you placed since the shooting ? Has your employees been offered EAP or crisis recovery therapy after the shooting ? Have you met with the staff and what is their thoughts ? If you are hiring felons have you thought to work with a program to help better vet them or non violent offenders ? There is a lot of aftermath questions that can be asked but she is not and should not talk about an open investigation

Hey Rodney 👋🏿 I hate that Marlo is the one giving us something to talk about because that lady needs help She is trying to pin her nephew's murder on Kandi ,one way or another She said the killer worked at OLG I also think she wanted Kandi to pay for the funeral And Courtney saying that Kandi cultivates a culture that enables crimes to happen at her business was loud, wrong and below the belt imo If I was Marlo's sister,the one whose son was murdered,I would be pissed at Marlo for using her deceased son as a storyline And Marlo wanted Kandi to help her with her criminal record expungement yet she has been bragging for years about being rich. Couldn't she hire a good attorney to help her with that? Production is protecting Marlo like they did Porsha because we all saw last episode, Marlo got up and in Drew's face yelling and a producer pulled her back

Marlo was aggressive. I understand that some people don’t like Kenya’s use of the word and you can argue if it’s been misused in past scenes. I, for one, have agreed with her just about every time she’s said it. Also, Kenya was aggressive towards Kim Fields. It is what it is. This episode was a bit bland, but I’m enjoying the season-minus Marlo. But without her, we probably wouldn’t have too much to discuss. That’s the sad reality of it all.

Sadly, in this society today, there are gun shootings everywhere - wherever people congregate, like in elementary schools, malls, Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, homes, high schools, hospitals, etc. Marlo is disparaging Kandi's businesses by intimating they are in bad area, but we all know shooting are a pandemic in the U.S. Shootings happen in the rich area of Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia, too. Leave it to Marlo to try to take a family and societal tragedy to use as a weapon to attack an innocent person, Kandi.

Kandis nephew was shot at Blaze not OLG.. Kandi stated Marlo’s nephew worked at OLG for all of 5 months if that . He was hired 11.19. 2019, COVID happened in March of 2020 and it was shut down. Kandi of course has receipts. Marlo is a liar and she is trying to use her nephew as a story line. Watch Kandis speak on it.
