Goku himself on the tournament of power, against Kale and Caulifla, says that the form is just plain impractical, and consumes way too much stamina; Then fighting against Jiren, he transforms into all of his power ups except for SSJ3. So why would Vegeta, rely on an impractical power-up, when he can achieve the same level of power with a much easier to control transformation(SSJ2)?

Goku is the only guy who cleared 2nd round without any help and efforts like a chad lol. There was a good flow to that fight. Tamagami no. 2 and 3 fights were cutting again and again which was kind of distracting. And also goku vs tamagami no. 3 fight had overall good looking animations from all tamagami fight.

Tamagamis powering up seems to be consistent with the three of em. Tamagami 3 got orange when he did his big attack against Goku, Tamagami 2 got forced into his powered up blue form and Tamagami 1 got red-ish against Duu.

While I enjoy the way they decided to make Vegeta's SSJ3 form stand out from Goku, I do feel like the animators struggled to make it work ? Most of the scenes where Vegeta was in that form were drawn weirdly like they didn't have a good direction of how it should look. The screengrab from DBHype was only one of many strange looking shots, sadly. I hope if/when we get to see it again, it's done more justice in terms of how it looks. The first shot post transformation is a good example of how awesome that design would look when drawn properly. Also, I hope when we get that Vegeta as a unit in Legends, he pairs super nicely with goku and Tamagami N°3, both are such fun units to use.

Fusion with the Bug WILL NEVER happen. Retcons Gogeta talking about fusing before and only mentions Vegito not some other named fusion as well. So I say they will not fuse with the bug, Vegeta will still use the same reason that he doesnt want to eat it, and then Glorio and supreme kai or whoever else will do the fusion, it will most certainly be a three person fusion this time. And then Goku and Vegeta will still Fuse using Potara at some point which keeps the history of events intact
