Imo Amber's cards were rough (for now) and are cards that will only get more relevant over time. Example being the ariel and cinderella they are definitely worth picking up foils now while they don't see play cuz in the future there will be songs that makes them insane. Same with Underworld. Card is busted just not super playable in this current format
