The very 1st book of Sonia's i read was 'The Book of Why? A Soul's Journey ' in 2012. The main gist was that we reincarnate not just to pay karmic debts but to learn life lessons. I was recovering from a divorce and the end of a tumultuous marriage at the time. I devoured every word with a passion and used it as a frame of reference in my healing. Caroline Myss also,outlines about 24 life lessons we incarnate to learn. This concept appeared in a another healing modality i purchased! I began to self assess and tick the boxes hoping to get the damn thing right in this lifetime! This ahalysis makes me see the seduction of the wordplay and the subliminal reinforcement of a psychosis that targets a vulnerable mind! I appreciate this cross-examination so much Tony! I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulers now that i DONOT NEED TO OBSESS ABOUT GETTING IT RIGHT!!

I became emeshed in a New Age cult in my 20's, it took me years to unravel because the teachers changed and the dynamics switched up - i was young and naive and thought that if a teacher was psychic and showed spiritual power it meant they were also emotionally developed and were trustworthy. Ok so I just found your channel after watching your interview on Open Reality. The interview caught my attention because of the soul trap topic which is a topic I have been looking more into very recently when I discovered Mark's YT The Forever Consciousness research channel. What I will say is there is definitely grieving involved in this. A LOT of grieving. It's depressing when you find yourself questioning what is there to really trust in this s%#t show? I broke away from religious programming first after being raised Catholic. My mother read tarot; she was a physical channel so I grew up listening to her channel her spirit guides. Now I have a whole new perspective which makes me feel sad because now I have to question even the authenticity of all that but while growing up I had exposure to the spiritual alongside the religious training. Fast forward to after 2012 some time; I was digging down those rabbit holes that lead me to know how the planet is being run, what is being done with SRA & children (,ie. The big P word) and how dark & controlled things really were etc. Which i was always someone who preferred an uncomfortable truth as opposed to a comforting lie. I took this with me when I found my way into the spiritual new age and got hooked into a lot of it; especially the whole starseed|lightworker with a mission to help the planet trope. I grew up experiencing a lot of trauma, very sick growing up as a child with bad allergies, asthma, and eczema covering my body head to toe. I was picked on in school and made fun of really bad for years. So I won't say venturing into the spiritual was all for nothing; it did help me get in touch with self-healing and modalities that worked for me like certain meditation or frequency healing music etc. That I will take with me. Haven't had asthma symptoms in 3 years was able to cease all pharmaceuticals. But what did bother me was the whole love & light narrative used to gaslight people, or shut them down, when speaking on the negative truths. I disliked being accused of fear-mongering when I argued it was not that; it was about having knowledge and bringing awareness. Love & light is all well and good but we shouldn't be sticking our heads in the sand. Lots of readers & healers in new age spirituality. I won't say they are all fake or anything, some seem like very genuine gifted people but I used to think there was something "wrong" with me for not "hearing" "seeing" or "feeling" spirit guides like they all seemed to be doing. Now, I realize that was probably a blessing in disguise. My pet peeves in new age spirituality has definitely been the fear-mongering accusations; the idea that everything bad or evil is something we brought upon ourselves either by "soul contract choices" or because of our own low vibration. They say we attract it but how can you avoid feeling low all the time; it' really bad here especially once you see through the farce. And how new age spirituality is a huge business venture peddling the idea that if you can't afford these readings or psychic services intended to help humanity, too bad, you are left out in the cold and you are somehow stuck in poverty mindset. I just couldn't anymore with the blame game and the refusal to acknowledge anything external is actually taking place and effecting individuals from the collective level. New age Spirituality seems to invert the whole "go within" concept and uses it to excuse all the bad or evil taking place. Also started to notice that most "positive" channeled messages actually weren't playing out and then could conveniently be pawned off as "well your free will can change things." No, a lot just wouldn't work out no matter what I did because I didn't have the complete control I thought I did. Decided to stop stressing myself out with the false hope being dished out through channels or readings. New to your channel and have subscribed. 👍

I don't agree with everything you say, but with this lady you're 100% spot on. Years ago, I was planning a move to France. Her book was recommended to me on Amazon. I read it, and the book was all about she and her daughter shopping on rue Saint Honoré, having dinner parties with rich people, eating baguettes and changing apartments. It was the most shallow drivel I've ever read that I was surprised that she was a famous spiritual teacher. The only interesting part of the book was near the end when she said that her husband was divorcing her and accused her of being a narcissist. Of course, that part was just two paragraphs long. 😂 I'm not at all surprised that she uses her "runners" for parking spaces, new apartments, and flowers. LOL Edited for grammar mistakes

Okay, I've returned to the start. The whole problem is social behavior. I'm a closed environment, I don't merge with anything or anyone, I don't incorporate objects as internal managers. So I don't care that some manipulative tool tries to "shut me down", if I'm rejecting the "Ego" (a word I don't use internally) it's usually because the it's working with the conscious mind to cripple me somehow. I don't think about fairness, I think about power. There is nothing else. At the times I've thought about fairness it has become so unbearably dark and destructive that I stopped functioning entirely.... to stop moving so that I would find the door, the new way? ERRRTTTT, wrong answer. Never happened. It probably was necessary though. I still harbor extreme contempt and resentment towards other people who did far less, while operating without the fairly brutal constraints I was burdened with. Even worse, I was running at like 40% and still had to outcompete them, and even worse than that, they got in my way. That's right, these people and their ways, their broken way of thinking, their behavior, their mentalities, they got in my way. Some part of me operates under a manner of hostility restrained to this day, I still feel the destructive impulse towards the underpinnings of their "lifestyles" because of this. It was conditioned using physical pain as a feedback stimulus, and in part it remains.

My honest opinion. I did for quite some time, like 1,5 year. It started out great because i had dire health issues to deal with. After a while though it started to drain me. I did the breathing first and then the cold showers. In the winter it was really cold but you get used to it. But its a stress response in my opinion! Well, it is just that, added stress. I had to force it everyday. And then I realized i was adding so much stress everyday. It didnt feel good anymore, it felt forced. After a while i just felt drained the whole day. I think its alittle twisted, people are so stressed all the times so the response is to add extreme stress? Your body resists it for a reason. And i couldnt ignore it after some time.

I do see your point to an extent. Thing is though if the person with no legs, dwells on it they will live a worse life than the unfair 1 that they have already. I know the mind is bs also because I was accused for over a year of something I did not do. I could see clearly in their words how they believed, they thought and were convinced, “I think you did this and I believe it I am convincing myself”, that I was guilty while all along they were ignoring their inner knowing because they would say “I know you wouldn’t do that” then they would think and believe I was tricking them again. When you do get out of the mind you realise that you pretty much rely solely on the mind and don’t listen to any of your senses. You don’t lose your mind you become more aware of your other senses. You “come to your senses” I know because I have experienced it. I know there is trickery going on and I don’t trust anyone anymore I only know what I know and ego doesn’t keep you safe. Think of two people born without legs 1 just a lays down and crys about it, victimising themselves, doing nothing for themselves because life is unfair, the other accepts their fate, although it’s unfair, gets used to waking on their hands, goes out into the world meets people, works, gets prosthetics becomes an athlete running on their new legs or working with the upper body strength while the other person is still stuck in the same situation. I do think and believe the runner stuff is bs but I don’t know it. I don’t trust and just believe anything! But I 100% know for certain mind and ego aren’t your friend! Imagine having an argument with someone so strong that you would never back down, that person has a weapon, ego will convince you that you can take them! Ego wants revenge this is how wars start. If we want peace we have to be peaceful. Maybe it is all a big scam so they can get away with what they have done but there has to be another way because two wrongs don’t make a right ever! It’s not about having no mind it’s all about having a heathy mind and a heathy heart and losing the big I AM false ego
