Reviewing Technical Articles: On-ramp to providing good reviews

Reviewing technical paper submissions is a chance to grow in your own research capabilities. Properly performed, both the authors and the reviewers can benefit from the process. In this talk, Steve provides a Top 10 List for good reviews along with providing context for in-depth, constructive, critical, and fruitful reviews-as-interactions. Steve, by a quick estimate, has reviewed well over 3000 technical papers over the past 30 years, but still tries to approach each new paper as a chance to learn something new.
