Glad you weren’t too hard on the server. These folks have a such a tough job to do, especially post-pandemic restrictions. Btw, I noticed you’ve been ordering a lot of ginger ale lately. Not sure if you’re heading off stomach problems before they occur, or if you’ve had some problems lately? Either way, reviewing all that rich food (good and bad) can be pretty tough on your stomach. Please consider taking some time off to rest your stomach for a while. I know I can wait. 😊

I feel like I haven't had enough different types of pancakes in my life and I feel like I need them. :p I've only had like... Blueberry and Chocolate Chip Pancakes from IHOP, Cracker Barrel ones, Bisquick to make at home, and spongy frozen ones. :p Pretty good, but somehow, I still feel like I could do better or just have more variety. :p
