you can use the "rubbish" decorations as walls to create an ally way, or to create rundown castles if you can fill them up and use mods to to hide the rubbish

While you can do that...i cant help but think that it doesnt really make them usable. I dunno if you have been to a rundown castle but they arent full of rusty girders, fuel tanks and tyres. And i think the pre existing wall sections (the only good bits) can make alleys perfectly well...although again im not sure why youd have an alley way in the park

So I cannot import dinosaurs in challenge mode it's only useful in the new campaign?

I believe there has been changes made since this DLCs release that allows you to use the importing system in sandbox and challenge mode

@@tri-clawgaming7682 I don't know I'm still kind of having issues. Maybe it's because I'm on a map that I was using before I got the DLC but they're giving me missions to acquire assets and I. Cannot build the building required

Have you unlocked the building inside the tech tree? Also sometimes you will be given missions to do things you cant do yet. you may need to select a different contract

the acquisition center doesn't even work in sandbox like it does in the campaign, that was very disappointing for me, you can only buy in sandbox what's the point of that?

Compared to other Evolution dlc It’s 8.5/10 missing Microceratus and a new attraction for getting that 10/10 for me.

Love the review dude, you echoed most of my thoughts. It inspired me to write a script for my own Malta DLC review. Lol you’re the first person I’ve seen who thinks the same about it. Although there are a lot of positives in this DLC, I feel like for every pro there’s a con.

Story_ 7/10 could have had more content on the unlockable islands Modles- 10/10 excellent work Animations- 10/10 brilliant animations

TL;DR:FDev is trash. Full: Finally someone that seems to be outside of the "everything is so great, you better kiss FDev's ass!" Echo chamber, over multiple experiences with games from this developer via bought or gamepass, I've learned that games from Frontier Developments are honestly best to be avoided, they abandon work inexcusably (Elite Dangerous on consoles), over promise and under deliver constantly, Ex: Advertising Elite Dangerous Odyssey for consoles before bailing on it altogether while delivering a BROKEN product on PC, JWE was over hyped and didn't deliver even after all DLCs, only worthwhile one was the Jurassic Park expansion which I'm sure only came to exist cause people were so vocal about not having legacy JP items in game for so long, delivered JWE 2 which was bugged to hell and hardcrashing even next gen systems (like people really want to play a game if it makes them worried it could possibly _BRICK_ their new system when any of them but the watered down Xbox Series S are still incredibly hard to find), and apparently from what I've heard (here included), those issues are still around a year later, which speaks volumes as to their incompetence. The reddit leaks in 2019, THREE years ago that predicted Planet Zoo and JWE 2 were coming outright said about JWE 2 "We can't fix JWE so we are going to make a new one." Yeah, that sounds accurate, even if it wasn't someone on the inside that wrote that, it was correct. Capping it all off, EVERY damn game of theirs has vastly overpriced and underwhelming DLC, right now of Xbox there's a countdown sale, it's a massive sale, I got 9 games and all of their DLC as well as all the DLC for a 10th game I already had for under the price of two games, and even with the sale, for me to complete the DLC for Planet Coaster (Already owning two of them by making the mistake of preordering the deluxe version of the console edition), it would be OVER the price of a full ass game. Cause I'd have to rebuy the game as the premium edition bundle ($27 during the sale, $90 otherwise) which only includes the $10 packs, there's 7 of those. That's $70 alone without the bundle on sale, but even WITH the sale, with the bundle and 3 of the 4 $15 DLCs being marked 50% off, it's $64.49 before tax in the U.S. Hell a full price game before tax is $60 (or was, it's going up to $70 soon.) It's honestly atrocious.

I defo agree that there seems to be a fanboy echo chamber for JWE especially and its sequel. I have never been the sort of person who can just blindly play a product and ignore all its faults just because 'its fun...' or 'its just a video game'. Its those arguments that have led to the damaged industry we have now. If your interested id suggest you check out my original review of JWE2 or my 5 part JWE1 review, if you like hearing me rip on stuff ^^

@@tri-clawgaming7682 I grew up with JPOG, and ngl these just don't fucking add up, if JPOG with that same team was developed today, it'd BURY both JWE games. Hell even a remaster of it would do a lot to wake these fools up cause a lot of their arguments are "they look so good" aka they're just shitting their pants over "omg the graphics"

@@tri-clawgaming7682 My problem with JWE games is this: Why did Frontier not use Planet Zoo as a base and reskinned/repurposed it for a Jurassic World theme? It has it's own problems, but is so much more advanced in... everything? Instead we get a game that's more reminiscent of a mobile game in terms of difficulty and complexity.
