Don't forget we get the new weapons before this patch drops. Did you include that in your analysis good sir?

I did not -- I did an earlier video on the weaponmaster beta, though. The weaponmaster changes will work their way into updated build videos on the channel once I've had some time to play with them and see what's good. :)

From the discussions that I've seen, it seems that a lot of groups are beefing up with more supports or utility slots to make up for the lack of certain boons and the nerfed strips that are inherent with it. I hope they'll look at what people are testing because so far, it doesn't look like the new meta is going to be interesting - even more China-ing - but at the same time I'm hoping the new weapons coming in and the problems that may or may not arise from testing new builds and comps will maybe lead to some changes in the upcoming balance patch. Either way, it's going to be interesting to see what the new meta will shape up to be!

I feel like Chrono's nerfs are going to make it really difficult to justify running two per party (which seems like the easiest way to get Alacrity). It's not good enough for primary Stability after the nerfs. It already wasn't good enough for primary cleanse/healing. All you contribute, now, is gap-filler Stability, Alacrity, and a lot of boonrip via Shatters. That's good, but it's not two per party good. You'll have no damage left.

Oh, I didn't clarify this well: I meant FB+Chrono+another utility slot (possibly Rene or Spellbreaker)+Scrapper+dps. At least these are comps I've heard floating around on the EU servers, give or take some build/class variations. Very support heavy and having holos/berserkers do as much dmg as they can.
