You do, which is why it gets paired with Renegade (extra Stability and Resistance), and maintaining a dedicated support to make up the healing loss. You do have to comp for it, but if you do, it's quite good.

This video predates Staff. That said...I don't think so. Both Hammer and Sword/Warhorn are quite good. Having Staff is nice for the heal, and the overall utility, but Support Spellbreaker then (and now) is more about boon support than heal/cleanse support, and then also generating a lot of stuns and immobilizes. I do think that Staff doing what it does on Warrior suggests that they want Warrior to fill that role eventually, but right now I don't think it's good enough.

You could definitely run Dagger over Sword. It depends on whether you think the boon removal is more valuable than the immobilization. You're seeing some Berserkers switch off of Longbow to Dagger/Axe as well. That's one of those things that's up to your group, the groups you're fighting, personal preferences, that kind of thing. :)

It's two sources of Aegis, which benefits your Shattered Aegis. But more importantly, the primary source of Swiftness in a WvW party is from Guardian Staff 3. Since this build doesn't run Staff, it needs to recapture Swiftness from somewhere. You *can* do that with Febe, but then you're putting your Immob clear on cooldown. Or you can just use Advance, which is my preference.

I don't think there's any guild on NA that's universally liked, including the one that I play for. Having CO guest here is just the start of a plan to include different voices and perspectives. I can understand your dislike of them, but there will be other groups featured as well. :)

They bully other guilds like BADA by making fake guilds of them then trolling keeps spam chat verbally abuse other people in team for not playing like they do spam dm you hateful messages and reset nights have even used every drop of supply so no one can get any anywhere.

Fake tags and trolling have been a fixture of WvW for a very long time -- I've definitely done both before. But if you wanted to send me specific comments they've made that are problematic, I'd take a look at them. Maybe there's things that I don't know.

It's in the works. I think we did a brainstorming session for it on the Discord a month or two ago. That's one where I think there's existing videos that do a pretty good job of it (Rediche and Nabcakes I think have the two best ones currently). So I haven't been too pressured to make it, versus stuff like this video, where there's just nobody talking about it. :)

You've got five guild slots for a reason. It doesn't even need to be an awful, verbally abusive commander. If you don't feel like you and the rest of the squad click, it's okay to shop around!

You mean the actual players? That's the "Standard Enemy Models" and "Standard Friendly Models" settings. Saves you a lot of overall performance if you struggle with framerate.

Null Field is still good boon removal. It strips fewer boons and removes fewer conditions overall, but while it's active, it strips and cleanses faster than it used to, which is powerful for coordinating a spike or clearing many condition applications quickly. Also, Resistance is a great defensive boon, and Null Field is a good way to apply it alongside Rifle 5. I value that more highly than faster Focus skills and reflects on Focus skills -- you'll generally have Firebrand or Vindicator handling reflects, and if you don't have either of those, then you probably want Chronomancer to run Feedback (which is also a Glamour, and will still benefit from the Superspeed/Resistance trait anyway).

is it really faster? it went from 6 ticks and 5 seconds to 3 ticks and 2 seconds with is the same... one tick on cast and then one tick after every second... I still prefer well of precognotion and time warp over null field and gravy... and if I have to replace a firebrand I trait mental defense, but overall it looks like the go to chrono right now

Faster boon removal (as well as faster condition removal) is stronger than people realize, because of how many boons and conditions are generated at once with most current WvW professions. You have a better chance of actually ripping stab with Null Field if the ticks are closer together, because the margin of time that the defender has to re-apply or cover is shorter. That said, Precog is a very good skill now after the buffs. If you don't feel like Null is cutting it, you could drop Null for Precog. I just think Signet of Illusions is the weakest of your three non-heal, non-elite utilities, and that's the one I'd drop first.

You need damage professions in a WvW squad that do enough damage to punch through Protection and barrier. That's Holosmith, Dragonhunter, and Berserker. But there's damage professions that augment that spike -- not quite enough damage to do it themselves, but have enough cleave damage, or overall utility to create and confirm downs. That's Reaper and DPS Spellbreaker. Scourge is not "more useful". It's a support profession, not a damage profession. In a squad, they fill different roles. So it's not useful to compare them one to one.

Shroud 1 in skill lag is kinda crazy, as long as you can get into Shroud in the first place. But the GS autoattack chain is no slouch either. I think it's an underrated lag build, honestly.

I really don't think that Guardian nerf matters, which is why it isn't in the video here. 95% of the time you were running Hammer when skill lag was really bad, because Hammer autos were one of the best autoattack chains to use. But in a normal fight, where traps and other skills go off, it's not going to be a major component of your damage.

It's coming, now that DH is a little more favored in the meta. :)
