When it first came out it did say to lock it now they've updated the instructions to say not to lock it

I did see a demo from USA yesterday and they also said not to lock it for safety reasons..so My daughter has bought me one formXmas tho,I am not sure if it is the red copper 5 minute chef or the alternative finish and will see if there’s a demo of that one to see if they are basically the same
