I think the amplifier is my favorite signet theory. I think the dreaming was all from Xaden’s memory and his power being amplified so she dreamed it too, and the Rhiannon power boost is confirmation. The signets seem to be related to subconscious needs, and when these started happening, she was yearning to be needed and useful in the war effort.

I love the amplify theory as well! There's also a theory that she's a luminary but I didn't cover that one in this episode.
