At least this prediction of mine came true. Increased supply and reduced demand. The pool of qualified buyers is still shrinking and affordability will determine price moves.

Yep-exact prediction during the time the realtors were using the “the market will not change because there isn’t any supply-prices will just continue to grow” Will if prices continue to grow supply will grow because no one can afford the homes. And here we are.

Take out a home equity loan while you can, spend all that money on vacations, entertainment, and whatever you do don't pay off your credit cards or student loans. Buy more homes and rent them for $3k a month. Nothing to see here.
