33:42 why not ARM before oxytocin

Membranes have just ruptured and even if they haven’t ruptured we can’t do ARM until we observe fetal head engagement because of the risk of cord prolapse. Since the fetal head is at -3 station. So, first do oxytocin infusion. And if spontaneous rupture of membranes was not present then we could have gone for ARM after head engagement.
