Temperature suddenly increase karke say 100°C ya suddenly decrease karke like in below 0°C ... Ese conditions mei most of the microorganisms would not survive....

Well Viruses are not microorganisms because they are not truly living! When they are outside the living body they act as non living they become alive when they infect a living organism... Yes bacteria, fungi, protozoa and algae are microorganisms...

Hanji! Agar aap microorganisms ki bat karte ho toh both bacteria and fungi ke ander apko mostly dono beneficial and harmful microorganisms dekhne ko milte hai! Dear Aastha bacteria ek microorganism hai jiske ander Lactobacillus, Rhizobium, Nostoc ye sabhi hamare liye helpful hai! Lactobacillus curd banane mie kaam aata hai baki rhizobium (symbiotic association with leguminous plants) and Nostoc free living nitrogen fixing bacteria hai! Wahi par harmful bacteria mie streptococcus pneumoniae jo pneumonia cause karta hai Iske alawa fungi bhi microorganism hai jese ki yeast jiski help alcohol banayi jati hai (fermentation) and cake banane mie bhi use hota hai! Penicillium again ek fungi hai jiski help se penicillin naam ki antibiotic banayi jaati hai! Wahi par bread mould (Rhizopus) bread ko kharab kar deta hai ya phir Trichophyton, Microsporum fungi ringworm cause karte hai
