Dear Kripal , am a huge fan and follow you closely . I even learnt how to attack a masala dosai ( from the centre) watching you go about it. Fantastic stuff. Your style of presenting food is unique and inimitable . However our riding group's visit to the Ramaswamy hotel was a bit disappointing in terms of the taste, flavour ( the masala was overpowering) and the tenderness of the meat in the biryani. The service and the welcome was really warm of course .... Perhaps we expected too much.

Hi Shankar, happy to learn you follow my work. Unfortunate to learn the biryani wasn't up to the mark in the day you visited, I hope you brought it to the attention of the people there. One thing to point though is that the meat there is a bit fatty as opposed to meat in biryanis elsewhere, and that's a character of the Bandur kuri.

In South India, there is a city called Madurai. If Kripalji has time he should visit that city and try some eateries there. There he will get a whole new dimension of food. If you have not eaten food at Madurai you have not tasted Tamil Nadu food. If he has done two videos on food served at Murugan Idli shop near Vellore, I don't know what words he will use to describe food at Kumar Mess, Amma Mess, Koorai kadai, Bun parrota shop etc., in Madurai.
