I bought this bareminerals Serum foundation last week and it included a brush. Fingertips or brush, I really like it. I have worn the original foundation since 2007 and I still love it.

As with fashion, there seems to be what’s trendy, and what’s classy, and sometimes they parallel! Just a simple foundation with nice finish never really seems to go out of style and they are the products you actually use until empty. I love the simplicity Arby’s ingredients and that it isn’t some super dewy type of product. A lot of us are already using skincare that gives us the radiant skin; it’s nice to have products to even that out. This looks so good on your skin and evens out your skin well without looking like a mask! Thank you for reviewing this. I am honestly so impressed with this foundation, based on swatching it in store (would have purchased it if I was in the market for a new foundation). Another KZbinr with more oily skin had trouble with it being super dewy and not setting down, so I was nervous. My skin is more combo/oily, especially this summer. But I suspect she used too much of the foundation. It did transfer, but it did dry down and didn’t look too dewy. And the shade match was perfect for me on my first try, which never happens! It might be perfect for me in the winter. I really hope I can get it at some point. The $44 price tag seems steep to me, but I guess it shouldn’t surprise me.

Love a bit of Bareminerals. I'm more of a powder foundation girl, but tempted by this new BM one. Btw I love the mineralist glosses and hardly anybody talks about them. My favourite colour is Love which is a mauvey pink. Emma x

I have the powder foundation and love it. On me it lasts all day. I got their concealers and they oxidized on me horribly and made me look old and tired. I love this brand, but I wish they would redo their concealers because if they did this is all I would ever buy. I can't wait to try this foundation it looks great.

It has a goldish glow to it. Some women can wear that type of foundation; others cannot. Not sure it would work for me. But I love the brand. Complexion Rescue is a fave of mine for light daily wear with sun protection.

I would say it's more coverage than a tinted moisturizer - I chose to go for a more natural finish but applying two to three full pumps will definitely get you medium coverage.

I have some of the original Bare Escentuals(bought out by BareMinerals) blushes in original containers from 1986. Moonlight Mauve, Springwood and Damask Rose. I have some eyeshadow's too but they are too sparkly. I keep them for nostalgia's sake. I think they should reach out to me, get some samples do a spectrometer test on them and do a product retro relaunch. Wouldn't that be cool? I wish I could remember the other blush color names. One of the foundations was called-Summer Sand. What was your favorite blush names?

The original mineral veil has actually always had that slight peach undertone unless you picked up a tinted one by accident! The original is a very pale peach - tinted is a true peach.

I used Original Bare Minerals since infomercial days, until my late xx's and my skin got too dry. That's about the time the bareskin came out. I rushed to Ulta to swatch it, but couldn't get past the smell, like a vat of chemicals. Granted, I have a sensitive nose. Is there any noticeable smell with this new foundation?

This foundation does settle in fine lines. Its bottle pump get stuck and can’t use it. Its packaging is horrid. Called the company with no help.
