Too funny, I have this brand as a video idea in the future, I think I have enough to do an almost full face 😉. I love their lip liner, they have one of my favorite shades "blissful blush". That really is a beautiful face of make up. I’ve always really liked bareMinerals. When I was younger and my skin was oily, I loved the mineral foundation. But after about 50 it was too dry for me and I now use a BB cream but I think I’d like to try this foundation. I will make sure to use your code because I also really like the way the lip pencil looked on you!! it really does seem like the application was creamy. I wish they made the blonzer in a cream formation.

Good morning Tamara. Your reviews are excellent!! I have two shades of the Bare Minerals in the tube, and enjoy them very much. Now I want to try the new foundation. It looks beautiful on your skin!! Until I started using the BK Beauty slanted foundation blush I exclusively used my fingers to apply foundation. Now I use my fingers about half the time. I do love rose wine lipstick!! Just finished Project Runway, and enjoyed it very much!! Three very, very talented designers. The way Larence (sp?) works with leather is amazing. Love her accent too. I have not specifically done an eyebrow video and have used so many products over the years. For the past couple of months I have been loving NYX Eyebrow Powder Pencil and NYX Thick it Stick it eye brow mascara...both in the shade taupe. The pencil is really hard to find in store...I order from Amazon. They are both linked in my most recent video.

Hi Tamara I wore so much bare minerals in the 90's and 2000's, due to having super sensitive/eczema prone skin. At that time makeup had a lot of ingredients not used nowadays and much of it caused skin reactions for me. Of course the ingredients and formulations have improved across many brands now and we have so much more choice now too. I still like bare minerals as a brand and still enjoy many of their lip products (as well as the complexion rescue and the mineral veil powder). Unfortunately their lightest complexion shades are never light enough for my ultra pale/cool toned skin and I always have to use a white mixer to make it work (opal plus white works in the complexion rescue). Their lip glosses remain a favourite all these years later, although my favourite lipstick shade bavarian pink was sadly discontinued a long time ago. They were one of the first brands to offer highlighters long before highlighter was a thing lol - their radiance and gossamer powders were highlighters in a loose format. The new foundation looks great on you and it was a pretty very natural look overall. Best wishes.

I am hooked on the Pixi and almost always use it in my inner corner before foundation/concealer. But when I am reviewing concealers I try not to use it so as to show the actual coverage of the ocncealer. And this one actaully worked quite well...I think becuase of the slightly peachy tone.

I'm assuming these are missing the sparkly reflecting that's in so much of the makeup. It doesn't look good on my 65 year old skin. I want matte. Just wondering. I used bare minerals for years and I loved it. Then I couldn't afford it anymore. I've found drugstore makeup, the foundation especially, to be very orange in tone no matter what I choose. Thank you Sally! Yes, this one is a totally new foundation. It is a bit confusing that they have a similar name, both being called original. Funny, the old “original” is not available on the US website so I’m not sure the exact differences in coverage, finish etc.
