Mtj, Brad K, Chase (although that was probably more Rick Hendrick honestly). 3 cup champions drove for him through the years, and i didn't realize until this video that mtj had driven for Dale as an owner. What an awesome legacy, didn't take jrm long to become a dominant team picking up where chance 2 left off. I still believe Dale Sr is proud of them kids, keeping his legacy and the family business going. If Theresa wasn't stupid and greedy who knows where dei and chance 2 would be today.

Jr. was great for Nascar and still is... but he did have some built in advantages. Even if you take away the Earnhardt name, he is still family with the Eury's and the Gee's, and they were a huge part of the success of Dale and Jr. Dale Jr. is pretty smart himself. Most people don't give him the credit he deserves. (although he did wear his cap backwards for a short period of time) lol
