Even though your day started in struggle, and I was somber and concerned listening as you described it all, it was almost like “comic relief” when you said you had forgotten to unclamp the tube. That was my first smile for this vlog. And the rest of it...I was all smiles! You-two, Judd’s family, and Harlow (that pillow-toting was hilarious and Harlow’s attitude was so happy!), give me so much pleasure to watch, but more than that, your “keep moving forward” is a humbling and energizing phrase. Thank you for all you do! 👚🌸💕💗🎀

I’m not meaning to be rude at all! But It was a bit of a relief to see you say you do get frustrated and vey human about it. You seem so positive always and I just find it reassuring that I’m not alone with the breakdowns when I’m upset about my chronic pain

It definitely is. I learned that the hard way 10+ years ago and now I make my mental health a priority. I'm a big advocate of taking the time to look after yourself and making yourself your number one priority. Maybe you should do something to treat yourself, like a trip out with your mom to get your nails done or some other type of pampering. Maybe even get pink streaks in your hair.

Oh, that port-not-flushing panic! Had that two days ago-wouldn’t budge-and thankfully it was also just that I’d forgotten that I had clamped both clamps and hadn’t unclamped the second one. 😌🙈 I was worried because it’s gotten more finicky in the past few months and sometimes it only flushes if I turn my head and shoulders a certain way.

If you continue to find your mattress too hard, it's really simple to get a soft topper for it. Since you need a twin XL you can order it from a foam store - I used to work in one! Then you can have your side softer than Judd's, and still have the supportive mattress underneath. It's quite common for women to like somewhat softer mattresses than men (mostly because of curvier hips, I think).
@Vocalinds7 жыл бұрын
By the way, I *highly* recommend natural latex foam toppers. If you get a nice soft one, it's squishy but still has a little bit of bounce to help you move around! Also deters dust mites and lasts a really long time. I personally have a hard time with memory foam, because you get kind of stuck in your body indent. But some people find it very useful for relieving pressure.

@Nightengale647 жыл бұрын
Because of MCAD my diet is pretty restricted. I like to make cream cheese mints for the holidays so I went to buy cream cheese. All of them have beans in them now just like ice cream. I can't have beans/legumes at all. I just stood there in the grocery store and cried. And before anyone asks none of the cream cheese at Winco, Safeway, trader joes, or Fred Meyer are bean free. I can make my own ice cream but I don' t know how to make cream cheese.
@KokoroKage127 жыл бұрын
Nightengale64 There's a guy on KZbin called Gavin Webber and his channel is filled with cheese making tutorials! While it's quite a bit of work, he does have a tutorial on how to make cream cheese: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIiWf4uddpd7j9k I don't know how good it'll taste but it's at least bean free! I hate how things are filled with filler ingredients now. Why do we need beans in cream cheese? I mean I'm sure there's some scientific reason like increased shelf life or a better texture or even it just makes the product cheaper to make but come on. I'm not sure if it's a possibility where you're at (or if their cream cheese has beans in it) but Panera Bread sells pretty good sized tubs of cream cheese. They're really open about ingredients and will be happy to hand over the master book of ingredients for you to glance over for yourself.
