as a native on Vancouver Island I can tell you that they are VERY real! I have herd tree knocks and I have seen foot prints. but the screech you heard a few weeks ago was def... a cougar

Another great video Harry! "I'd rather look at it than for it" I've not heard that one before...I like it! The lake was GLASS! Beauty. Hunter is lucky boy! Now that's a meatball sub!! PS: I have a story about things that go bump in the middle of the night from a time I was solo camping along the Cowichan River.

Great video Bro! Fishing tip. Take me with you. As for bumps in the night….well I’m not one to believe in that sort of thing but I could tell you a story or two of something that would make your hair stand on end.

Great video Harry. Many years ago I to heard a loud scream in the forest but not sure what it was. It would be nice if you could research Bigfoot sounds and Cougars sounds and see if you could find something similar to what you heard and maybe include it in a upcoming video, I’m very curious to see if it sounds like what I heard. Love the drone footage. Have a great week.👍🏽

I was born and raised and still live on Vancouver Island , covered almost all of the island either working , backpacking and climbing , seen many wolfs cougars and bears even grizzlies last few years but never a Sasquatch I don't think they like to pay for the high prices for ferry travel to the island and they are not good swimmers anyways .

Harry, love your vids. What you heard was most likely an elk call. They are often compared to women screaming, and its loud as hell. I also think its highly unlikely that it was a cougar, because you would never have heard it making noise in the underbrush. They are ultra quiet and making any noise would not fit their profile. I do a lot of camping and really enjoy your channel. Keep up the great work.

I live on Vancouver Island and I have had an encounter with a sasquatch. Wont say where , but mid island, young one 7 ft tall . I spooked it and then walked right past it we locked eyes and I showed no fear and we walked right past each other...blue eyes never forget...beautiful amazing creature... they are here and real

That seems like a very detailed event.. But.. I'm also not sure if you are being serious.. if so that is insane! I wouldn't say I could call what happened to me an encounter and I still have yet to see one with my own eyes. Thanks for sharing!

Good on you for trying and having some fun with it Harry. There's lots of sasquatch stories, very little solid evidence. Shouldn't stop people from searching. Oh did you know bears can stand up on the hind legs and from a distance in the forest they could be sasquatch. Lol great video, thanks.

You might want to read the regs. Only two lines are allowed for one person. Also I've been told by my friend that the noise could have been a deer. Beautiful lake. Hope I can find it next summer.

living on the Island for years and both times at night I heard the most blood curdling screams I've ever heard, the 2nd time I heard It I was walking on a road made me stop in my tracks but my dog never even paid any attention to it which confused me but with a help of a powerful flashlight I spotted sitting on the power pole a snowy owl (which are also rare here )with a rabbit in it's talons so all it was a rabbit screaming

Dog probably kept everything away this trip. The dogs didn't come until later last time ya went. Whatever came walking thru last time was at dinner time and the camera caught what looked like a set of eyes walk thru your camp after that scream ...
