Agreed! I’ve upgraded the rear suspension for more weight and better shocks for rougher roads. The front is coming in the near future. Thanks for watching Naomi!

You had us wondering until the giant rock on the road! Different perspective with your overhead drone footage. Well done! The wasps were TERRIBLE, but those fish were awesome! Haven’t caught one there yet, maybe next time! We love that lake, and glad you got to enjoy it too! Seeing an old friend in a remote place, priceless! Cheers! Erin and Greg

Thank you! Are you saying I'm brave because of he wasps? because Ive had that comment a few times already haha. The I can't recall the name of the rims they were on sale and I wanted to get rid of my steel rims and they fit. I'm still not sure if I am a fan of them but its good to know a viewer likes them. Thank you for watcing!

So happy to see you get on some fish! The chaos ensuing bringing your buddie’s fish in the boat is so relatable, lol, what a fish. Just as a point of interest, biologically steelhead are rainbow trout in rivers that go downstream and feed in the ocean and then return to the river to spawn. I think they are usually 4 years old when they return to spawn which means they’ve been feeding in the ocean that long which explains their size…same fish though.
@outlandharry2 ай бұрын
I was told this from my friend and he used my van to visit that lake 2 weeks after and couldn't see how they would get back to the ocean from this lake. I was confused as well. Maybe I'm missing something. It was a beautiful fish though! when measured it was 21" camera does NOT portray its size well at all. But as always thanks for watching Halcyon Guitars!
@HalcyonGuitars2 ай бұрын
@@outlandharry they probably can’t get to the ocean from there, making it a rainbow trout. In rivers, some stay in the river and remain trout, some go to the ocean and become steelhead. Not confusing at all, eh? But I think that’s why you can’t keep trout from streams in BC, because a trout might get the gumption one day to hit the ocean and become a steelhead…
@outlandharry2 ай бұрын
@@HalcyonGuitars Makes sense now! Thank you!
@dru03382 ай бұрын
They can not get to the ocean from that lake. As well Rainbows and Steelhead are geneticly different. Anadromous fish spawn in a river and run to the ocean. Fluvial migrate from a river to another river. Adfluvial migrate from a lake to a river.... all potentially "cross pollinate" at times of spawn. If you take a steelhead, a true steelhead and land lock it in a lake it will still be a steelhead but it wont spawn. Anyway.. the govt wont put steelhead in a lake. The will put Adfluvial fish like Pennask in there. Sorry im drinking coffee in the am lol
