And then stash the money in the vault. Or let each sim harvest one tree, meaning he'd have to have 8 trees, tho I suggest that said harvestable Simoleons is only used should the bills not be paid and the skill used to earn Simoleons requires power, so if Vivienne's bills go way up, James can have her harvest a single Money Tree, pay the bills, and, as long as James notes down the amount Vivienne had prior to harvesting, he can take the total amount, subtract the money Vivienne had prior to the harvest and add the remaining harvested Simoleons in the vault

Yess and there’s a mod by LittleMsSam called Automatic Thermostat to prevent that. I’ve been using it in my game for a long time for my other families and it’s been great

I think it would be an interesting element if each one of them has a business attached to their home (even if it's just for show) because it will be EVEN MORE like a town with not just homes but businesses. For example, since Vivienne is a writer, she could have a bookshop attached to her house either on the side of it or her house could be above it. The style would need to match as well so pink industrial tiny bookshop. Same for the other careers we've seen so far: a cafe/bistro type thing attached to Reuben's home, maybe a dance club with dj booth could be attached to Sonny's house, an art gallery attached to Krystoff's, a spa attached to Camilo's, a stable and perhaps petting zoo with mini goats and sheep attached to Pablo's. This also helps James not get done with their houses TOO quickly lol.

The "Ask if Mermaid" option should have a mermaid icon, the "Ask to Cloudgaze" option should have a cloud icon, whereas the "Ask to Stargaze" option should have a star icon. Little subtle things like that could make *_ginormous_* differences

When Vivianne stopped writing to go play darts it reminded me of when your sims in the growing together let's play would stop doing what they were doing to play basketball or go on the slide and then it eventually got struck by lightning. So maybe you should put the dart board outside to get struck by lightning 😂

Mostly for Pablo who is already at a disadvantage (with the horse competition entrance fees, and the fact he has both a horse at a child). That sim needs all the help he can get. you can write special types of books when your sims have a certain emotion for example energized sims can write workout guides and confident sims can write motivational books. these kind of books were always profitable for me

Poor James, you work so freakin' hard but just can't catch a break. I mean, I get upset about losing progress when I'm just Simming for myself, but you losing so many hours of literal work that you can't even show your audience... I genuinely cannot even fathom the level of frustration and despondence you have felt over such instances. The fact that you keep on going and give us such high-quality, lengthy and frequent content despite all that is incredibly respectable, and I know we all appreciate it immensely. Also, I truly hope that Bowser has been recovering well and that Frangipani has been adjusting well to her new home! Manifesting significantly less stress for you and Deli both! ❤❤❤❤

Maybe you could spin a wheel at the end of the episode to determine a percentage of their money that goes to the community space? Means you aren’t necessarily handing over all the money…. But you could be!! 😂The random chaos sounds like it is perfect for you! ❤

I will say that I've noticed that the new trait, Practice Makes Perfect, seems to prevent or lessen skill-based burnout. I had it unlocked early as well and gave it to my Super Sim and she never gets burned out by practicing skills but still gets burned out from work which is much easier to handle.

I think that computer has a pink swatch, which could be good to use since there isn't much pink in that room, and it could also be nice to have columns to support the part of the house that's floating. Also, for book titles you could make them something that has to do with whatever the chosen comments say, for example "rebesim and the floating house" or something along those lines.

in theory, you could set a computer to require biometric confirmation (fingerprint, face id, etc) to open or alter, but the only requirement is for it to not match you. any fingerprint except yours can open it

For the community space, in addition to the picnic table(s) you should have the baker display fridge from Get to Work so the food everyone makes won't go bad and you can just pick up servings (I'd assume it should be under cover so it won't break so maybe a community food pantry/ garden is a good idea?)

JAMES!!! I discovered something that may be helpful! When starting a food sale from the home chef hustle pack table, if you queue up another action once they are tending the table, they will continue tending it until the sale ends rather than constantly walking away. Check mail, tend garden, & dance all for sure work. Hope this is helpful 😀 Happy simming and thanks for all the great content!

Ideas for community space: Pool and sauna area (nothing massive or fancy). Kitchenette and grill area with indoor and outdoor seating. Movies and games zone with a fireplace. Love the long video! Just what I need today! 🥰
