Revisiting the PITCHER PLANTS of REDONDO - DINAGAT ISLANDS Carnivorous Plants Expedition

This was made a few months ago & I didnt have time to edit it as much compared to previous videos, so some edits aren't good and I didnt get to make it as humorous as the prev videos unfortunately. 😂 No meme references guys sorry.
Since last visiting Ive confirmed after talks with experts and locals that the deeper parts we've went into were what I realized to be hidden sub-populations (hidden locations which will be kept secret to avoid poachers).
Either way I had a chance to revisit the Redondo areas again!
This time however I went with new friends who are fellow carnivorous plant enthusiast, so it was a nice change to explore with folks with the same interest.
Hailing all the way from Germany and Austria. Matze, Manu, & Stefan had been going around the Philippines exploring Nepenthes areas & Im glad to have had the opportunity to tag along & guide them in nepenthes areas of Dinagat Islands as one of their escapade plans.
I did sustain a few minor injuries, as you do with explorations.
I also fell down a hole (pretty glad I had other people with me this time to pull me out). But it was all worth it to see this amazing ecosystem.
I was glad to see the progression of their growth after 3-4 months. In the video Ive even put some of the old footage beside the new ones to compare how some looked like a few months ago.
We saw many giants and extremely unique individuals that I totally missed the first time I was here.
I am most impressed by Nepenthes erucoides growth speed in the wild, it seems they grow faster than what people initially thought, as long as they are not disturbed.
Hopefully I get to come back every year!
