Watch my adventure as I attempt to find one of the rarest and the hairiest pitcher plant on the planet, Nepenthes erucoides. Along the way we will see various species that are only found in the Philippines as well!
Its amazing to find them just on the roadside! We saw gigantic Nepenthes truncata, the elusive merriliana, the variable mindanaoensis, the super common graciliflora and many hybrids! Not to mention other Ultramafic endemics!
PART 1 is mostly the roadside pitcher plants.

600 meters to 700 meters above sea level they can be found, possibly in other lower elevations the dinagat varieties are true lowlanders.
