I mean, if you listen they went on to say that some of it was cold and not prepared well. Daym has had this exact issue at Arby's, with a cheesesteak (just watched the video yesterday); he remarked on how fast the food was ready, then made the exact supposition-- that it had been assembled from stuff already sitting, which was cold and not fresh.

What i learned is usually there are no 5 star review resteraunts. You wanna hit that soft 3-4 inbetween. Anyone that rates 4.3 or higher is usually the paris effect or all from relatives friends coworkees etc. Dont wanna fall below a 2.4 star rating. Thats when issues arise. Also look into the highest / lowest rated reviewers. Usually they're trolling or on the owner's payroll😂

Daym at 0:20 you said the restaurant was in "Winsted". I was surprised cuz I'm not aware of a Mexican restaurant in Winsted so I paid close attention. You later said the AA is on the Berlin Tpke, that's when I thought WTF, the Berlin Tpke is nowhere near Winsted. Then you said Newington which makes sense.
