Revit 2024 Toposolid Video

Learn how to use the new Revit 2024 toposolid command. This video walks through the steps required to create a ground surface and modify it around the perimeter of a building. An in-place mass element is created to cut the toposolid out from inside the building (e.g. in the basement). The new sub-divide tool is used to add a sidewalk and driveway. Materials are also added for concrete, grass, and earth.

I really want to thank you for this video. Im in a school that's using your 2022 book but had us download revit 2024. This video is literally exactly what i was looking for to solve the Toposurface/Toposolid debacle.

Life saver! I've been teaching myself revit '24 using the '21 residential design book my brother used and everything was going perfectly fine until I got to this section. Back on track now so thank you for making this video!

On my 20th tutorial video it seems and I can never get voids/void cuts to work. Always getting an error message saying "Can't make cut-out" or "Void forms of this family do not cut anything"... Any ideas?
