Revit Locating a Lost Elevation Marker

Thank you for the email you sent with the solution. It did not solve the problem. It was solved by help of my friend, by looking at the Phase it was drawn in and the Phase filter. All elevation icons appeared. 😃

I have the same problem.. Could you plzz help.. I have made 4 levels but the eleavtion marker is only shown in one level.. Others can't be visible... I have gone thru all youtube videos..

Thank you for the lesson. The elevation markers showed on the site level but did not show on any other levels. I do not see a way of making it appear on other levels. When I did copy and past aliened to current view on elevation on project browser gave East 1, west 1 etc. This never happened before. Can you help pls?

There could be many reasons for this besides my solution. A few suggestions, check your crop region and the cut plane location for the elevations. Also, make sure they are turned on in those other views. When you copy-paste you are actually creating new elevation views not showing the current ones in the file. If you are still having trouble, send me a message and maybe we can go from there.

Did you lose a camera view or exterior elevation? Exterior elevations can be created in the view tab under elevations. Make sure you are selecting an exterior elevation and not an interior one. The direction of the arrow can be changed by either rotating the marker or checking a different box. If you lost a camera view, those are created under the 3D tool in the View Tab. Also you can check one of your backup files to see if it is in there and copy the marker over to the most current model.
