Revival of a 1979 Vespa P200 Part 1

In this video I pick up and tear down a P200 for my friend Leonardo. I have previously restored other Vespa's for Leo, and this one is no different. Picked up from another friend in town. This 79 is going to get new cables, wiring, and a basic engine rebuild. From ran when parked to tearing up the streets!

Love the format style of you videos. Too many restoration videos showing a flawless and mistake free restoration process, wheres as i rather see the mistakes that inevitably happen even with a mechanic as skilled as yourself.

@americanscooter504 😆. To be able to use unsuitable parts by modifying them and making them work is a skill lacking theses days, most scooter mechanics I meet are just parts replacers and are incapable of thanking on the fly.
