If local garden center does not have it look up hydroponic stores. The hydroponic stores tend to carry a lot more of the liquid fertilizers like that if it can be sold in Canada. Highly doubt coop grow brand is available in Canada but there are a number of chicken manure pelletized fertilizers available and should perform very near same.
