Revive Your Dried Out Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadows!

Hi guys! Why throw away your dried out cream eyeshadows when you can revive it using this simple method!
The higher the concentration of alcohol, the faster it will dry after you mix it with your cream eyeshadow. You can also use 90% isoprophyl alcohol.

Avoid alcohol, and use contact lens fluid, a drop or two works a treat.

Yes, and the best way is this, use the alcohol to 'clean' the stirrer, but the eye drops are amazing as they don't 'evaporate' the way that Alcohol does, which is also drying on skin.

i use 2 or 3 drops of baby oil, it never dries out after that

Thanks!! I just did it. I added two drops vit e oil to each tub and lotsa alcohol for easy mixing and then let it dry out abit. Much love!

Irene Rafil You are very welcome! Avoiding waste has been ingrained in my family because my mom told me that in China a long time ago people had nothing to eat that they ate grass and soil just to have something in their bellies.

Wow great video. I heard u can also use Mac fix plus to revive ur cream shadows. Alcohol is cheaper though..this

I use glycerin, works much better as well as eye drops but it lasts longer and u just need one drop or two Of glycerin!!!

Hopefully not, but I did use this on a foundation cushion that had dried out (with witch hazel instead) But you gave me the idea! Worked great!!

My fingers are too clumsy for those tiny jars; I dumped all the product out on some wax paper and worked with it on that. I used one of those little plastic makeup applicators to mix it.

I microwaved mine for 30 seconds, stirred really fast, let it cooled at room temperature and it's good to go

It evaporates. The alcohol enables you to mix it and revive but then it evaporates so don't worry about that.

I'd have to double check but just thinking I believe there is many forms of alcohol in almost all cosmetics/body products i.e. lotions, moisturizers, perfumes, body sprays. I press eyeshadows with running alcohol for many years. The higher the percentage, the quicker it evaporates. I even have used my shadows on my waterline so I've never had issues. I'm sure during any pressing of any shadow/product, alcohol would be used. I don't know about mixing it with creams, I would have thought it dry them out more since it takes away moisture. ??? I'm not an expert but I just had the same thought then realized hmmm, I know there is different forms in everything I use.
